Terms And Conditions

BUSINESS MODEL

Eleksis Marketing Corporation (EMC), with office address at 273 Connecticut St., Greenhills East, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila is Represented by Mr. Ramon Borja, Marketing Manager.

EMC is a Distributor, Retailer and Online Shop of audio equipment and accessories. It’s operations cover the importation, warehousing and end sale of these products.

  

POLICY OF CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION

The Customer identification and screening happens during website registration. A prospective shopper is required to sign up through the www.eleksis.com site registration portal or through a third party access like Facebook or Twitter, by which he/she will be asked to provide the following information: Email address, First Name, Last Name Birthday and Contact Number. Email verification will be sent to validate the account.

 

TRANSACTION FLOW

Customer Journey – Includes visit to the website; product and order process inquiry; adding the product/s into his/her cart, order placement and confirmation, up to delivery

 

Order Placement

1.) Add to cart. The shopper adds the preferred product and corresponding quantity to his/her cart. She/he can view the summary of his order through cart button. At this stage she/he can still opt to continue shopping, change the quantity, or delete and add an item. If the product details are final, the shopper can opt to checkout.

2.) Checkout – The checkout page will require the shopper to provide the shipping information (contact person, contact mobile/phone number, complete address and landmark). At this stage, the shopper can still go back to her/his cart to edit the product details.

3.) Payment – when order details are final, the shopper will be opted to choose his/her preferred payment gateway and will be asked to fill up the payment details. An order notification will be sent to his/her email address as order confirmation.

4.) Shipment – Notifications regarding order and shipping status updates will be sent to the shopper. The shipping provider will also call/text the shopper and email the shipment receipt.

The shipping provider will update customer from time to time the status of shipment until the items was fully delivered to our customer

5.) Closing of an Order – The order will be sent to completed once the item has been delivered to the recipient.

 

Order Processing

1. Order Confirmation

Payment complete/verified – EMC will proceed to order processing

Pending Payment – Aging unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 7 business days.

2. Order Fulfillment

The order will be packed and prepared for shipment upon payment completion

3. Shipment

The order will be shipped within 3 days for metro manila area and 7days for provincial area after the sale end

 

RETURN POLICY AND REFUND POLICY

When you want to return an order, you have seven (7) business days upon receipt of the item(s) to initiate the return. Table 1 below provides the specific guidelines. You must send and e-mail to returns@eleksis.com requesting for a Return and/or Refund.

It is to be noted that the return due to damaged packaging, wrong shipment, or mishandled items, shall be in a manner that the subject item(s) are in good condition – NEITHER WORN OUT NOR DAMAGED, with its ORIGINAL, UNOPENED MANUFACTURER’S PACKAGING. The ORIGINAL INVOICE must be included in the parcel. Once the returned items pass Eleksis Marketing Corporation’s Quality Control, the return will be processed. Otherwise, you will be notified right away.

Once Eleksis Marketing Corporation’s Quality Control approves the validity of the item(s) subject of the return, they will be processed within 5 business days. If the return is held invalid, the customer will be notified right away, and the item(s) will be sent back to him/her.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Once the Return and Refund requests are approved, we will process the refund based on your preferred mode of refund. Refunds via Credit Card, Bank Deposit, and Remittance may take 7-15 business days, while refund via Store Credit/Gift Certificate may take 2-3 business days.

Bank Fees

For orders with payments that have incurred a certain bank fee, as a company policy, Eleksis Mktg. Corp. may not issue refund of the amount of the bank fee to the customer.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates, when used in an order, are bound with terms and conditions, including an expiration date. If an order that uses gift certificate is cancelled due to customer request, Eleksis Mktg. Corp. may not provide a new gift certificate to the customer’s account.

 

 Privacy Policy

Eleksis Mktg. Corp. will use your name and other information, ONLY when it is relevant to mutual dealings between the parties, like personal information of the payer as provided below.

  1.  Your personal information will be used only when you purchase item(s) and/or seek services.
  2.  Certain types of information will be accepted and stored upon your interaction with our website. 
  3.  Eleksis Mktg. Corp. automatically receives and registers your browser’s information to our server logs.
  4. Upon signing up, you will receive an email that contains your personal information for further verification.

 

Order policy

While Eleksis Mktg. Corp. offers a variety of items on the website, availability of items is not completely guaranteed. (Subject to availability of Suppliers)

Thus, upon placing the order, we will get back to you for an availability confirmation.  A draft invoice with your shipping information will be sent to you. You can see the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of your orders in Shipping and Delivery page.

 

Price Changes

All prices indicated at Eleksis Mktg. Corp. are subject to change without prior notice. In case a product is priced or quoted incorrectly due to misinformation either by typographical error or error of judgment by supplier or distributors, Eleksis Mktg. Corp. has the right to cancel orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. In the latter case, the amount spent will be processed for refund in 5 to 7 business days.

Faulty Products

Quality control ensures that all orders are in excellent conditions upon dispatch. If, for any reason, a particular item received has a defect, do call right away the attention of Eleksis Mktg. Corp.’s Customer Service. They would be glad to assist you the best they can. In case of valid return, such item will be replaced with the same brand and specifications. However, returns should only be made within 7 days upon receipt of the item sold. Otherwise, the right to replacement shall be deemed waived and forfeited.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

EMC may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you of this if it occurs and will return any payment you have made. We will refund the money received using the same method of payment used by you at the checkout to pay for the product. If you wish to cancel your order, please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible at customer_service@eleksis.com. No cancellation fees will apply if this occurs before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
