Project Sales Engineer – AV Systems
The Project Sales Engineer for AV Systems will be responsible for driving sales and managing the technical aspects of AV projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and project management skills to design, propose, and support the implementation of AV solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Business Development
- Identify client needs and proposed tailored AV solutions
- Assist in generating leads, prepare proposals, and delivering sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients.
Design & Planning
- Design AV systems, including video conferencing, control systems, and sound systems.
- Recommend appropriate AV equipment, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness
Project Management
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scopes, and aligned with client expectations.
Industry Knowledge & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AV system components
- Proficiency in AV design software and network configuration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
